After a three-year hiatus due to lockdown, we were exceptionally pleased to return to the GLAA to run another ABE course
Zakon have been delivering ABE training to the GLAA, as well as disclosure and court skills training since January 2018 and our team have seen almost 100 of their investigators, most of whom have several decades of Police Detective experience. We were pleased to be able to return and resume this training this week. The training was led by Simon Smith who is a PIP accredited detective, advanced interviewer and interview advisor and was supported by another assessor (advanced interviewer, trainer and former Chief Inspector) and professional actors for assessed scenarios which concluded the week. The training team not only have extensive practitioner experience but also legal and investigation degrees/masters. Here is a small sample of some of the feedback: -
