Since stress is something, we cannot just avoid, we must learn to manage it, to make sure it doesn’t have control over our lives and doesn’t jeopardies our entire well-being. Identifying the sources of stress would be the first step to dealing with it. This will allow you to react and handle it better. Once you adopt self-awareness in your life, you will be able to easily identify sources of stress, and this will allow you to begin making changes on said sources.
