We are pleased to announce that, owing to the growing popularity of our interpreter workshops, we have collaborated with Language Pride ITS to bring our workshops to the North East area.
We are very pleased to be associated with Language Pride ITS for some of our workshops due to be held in the North East area.
Language Pride ITS are a fantastic company who support interpreters and translators and, like ourselves, recognise the value of providing quality CPD to the benefit of language professionals and those they serve.
Language Pride will be organising and administering the workshop, whilst we will deliver the day using trainers who are advanced trained police interviewers, with a great deal of experience at working with interpreters.
We will be running two workshops initially, the first of which will be our Interpreting Police Interviews Effectively, and will be held on 9 March 2019 at the Northern Design Centre in Gateshead. The centre has bespoke conference facilities and the day will be fully catered with lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
Our second workshop will be our Interpreting Advanced Police Interviews workshop, at a date and venue still to be decided, but again in the North East and likely to be around May 2019.
The price for each workshop will be just £120, with an early bird price of £96 if booked and paid for by 20th February for the first workshop, and date to be decided for the second workshop.
Whilst Language Pride will be administering the event, please do get in touch at bookings@zakon.co.uk for more information, and we will be pleased to pass your details on to secure your place. Alternatively we can provide you with whatever other information you may require.
