We have created a murder mystery like no other. Unlike others we have seen, our day doesn't finish when the suspect is identified, instead you have to go on to prove your case in front of a jury of your peers.
Taking the shape of a murder mystery, we start the day with a grizzly murder that you and your team have to try and solve with the aid of a number of clues. You will be shown some elements of real life investigations, and the day will be led by a trainer with experience of working on murder investigations. We bring elements of realism to the day that are only possible thanks to the backgrounds and experience of our trainers.
We will take you through various forensic and other techniques used by the police, and even give you the chance to take your own fingerprints to help prove your innocence.
The day tests your powers of deduction, logic and problem solving in trying to work out who the culprit might be. Working as a team, you have to identify the perpetrator, after which we move into the court room phase of the day. You will be shown some hints and tips about how to present evidence, and will then get the opportunity to play the part of the judge, jury, barrister or even the defendant.
You get the chance to practice your public speaking and presentation skills, and could be playing one of many parts, such as a barrister, the judge, member of the jury, or even the defendant. As a prosecution or defence barrister, you will have the chance to try and convince the jury of the guilt or innocence of the suspect, whilst as the suspect you will have the chance to plead your case from the witness box.
If CSI is more your thing, then you could appear as a prosecution witness explaining the forensic evidence that has been collected from the crime scene, alternatively you could play the part of the detective who first took charge of the murder scene.
This is a highly interactive day, ideal for any team of people to encourage team work, whilst having a great deal of fun.
