Are you or your business prepared for presenting evidence at a tribunal or other setting? Using trainers with experience of presenting evidence in both criminal and civil settings, we give you some practical tips for how to prepare and give your evidence.
Following a landmark Supreme Court ruling in July 2017, employment tribunal fees were abolished, leading to a surge in employment tribunal claims. Are you prepared to defend the reputation of your company and its managers should an employee, or former employee, pursue a case against you?
Any tribunal situation can be a stressful and foreboding place to the uninitiated. We will help demystify the whole experience, and will take you through a number of exercises and drills, all designed to give you the confidence to be able to properly and ethically present and defend your case. Using experience gained from working within law, public and private sectors and from giving evidence in many different types of formal settings, our training will show you how to prepare for and deliver your evidence. We cannot tell you what to say, but we can show you how to say it.
The day is very practically based, and will be built around the needs of yourself and your organisation. We culminate in a mock trial scenario, where you will get the opportunity to put into practice all that you have learned from the day.
So get in touch if you want a fun and enjoyable day, that is guaranteed to leave you feeling much more confident about the prospect of having to give evidence.
