We are pleased to announce the fact that we will be hosting a seminar on recruitment interviewing at the Holiday Inn, Wakefield (just off junction 40 of the M1) on Thursday 10 November 2016.
If you want to save money by choosing the right candidate and thereby reduce risk to your business, then come along and see how some of the advanced interview techniques that are taught to police interviewers can be used to help you to effectively interview job candidates.
The seminar is being delivered by a former senior police investigator and police interview trainer, who also has a great deal of practical experience in interviewing suspects and witnesses in serious criminal cases, together with experience of interviewing candidates for employment positions. We are especially pleased to say that we have also gained the services of a specialist in behavioural profiling and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques to assist in the delivery of the seminar.
Taken together, the skills gained from the two professionals above will show you how you can prompt interviewees to give thorough accounts, and how to test those accounts for truthfulness. Not only that, but the skills gained are transferable to other areas of business, such as dealing with clients or business contacts, or having difficult conversations with staff and associates.
Please do get in touch through the contact us section of the website, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for further information, or to book a place on the seminar.
The seminar is priced at just £100 (inc vat) per delegate and includes lunch and refreshments, with a complimentary breakfast for anyone who requires one.
Bookings paid prior to 31st August will be at a reduced price of just £85 (inc vat).
